I have an AZERTY Apple keyboard that has a key layout that I'm unable to locate under the Keyboard Preferences' Input Source. I'm unable to find the exact keyboard layout from the "How to identify keyboard localisations" Web page at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201794 or https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201794; the text character keys correspond, but not the symbols. I discussed this via your chat support ( Case ID: 100830368290 ), but the assistant Adam was unable to help and referred the problem to a senior advisor. My complaint is that the keyboard, which has a Model number: A1243, EMC number: 2171 and has typed on the back "Complies with the Canadian ICES-003 class B specification", should not have been sold, it must be exchanged. Furthermore, no senior adviser has contacted me.
